• Customer Service:

  • Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

• Food Preparation:

  • Assist in basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Stock and Inventory:

  • Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Ensure proper rotation of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste.

• Support Staff:

  • Provide support to kitchen and serving staff as needed.
  • Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant.
  • Handle other tasks as directed by management.
